We will send a proof version within a few days. This is your chance to see it before it gets dispatched and make sure it does your treasured car justice. Does it come in a frame? – Yes. Your custom print is delivered to you in our black aluminium A4 frame. Can I make a special request? – Of course! A custom number plate? A certain background colour? A personalised message? Just let us know via the message section once you have ordered. How long does it take? – Our typical turnaround time is 3-6 days + postage. What if I’m not happy with it? – No problem. We can revise the design to get it right, but if you really aren’t happy with the proof, we will give you a full refund – no questions asked. Helpful information Your car picture submitted needs to be of good quality. That means nothing obstructing the full view of the vehicle. No blurry low-resolution images. No excessively dark images such that you can’t see the cars detail. Please see the listing images for help on picking a good photo. If your picture is not something we can work with, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded. If we do not receive a reply of the proof image within 3 days, your order will be automatically dispatched. Once your art has been dispatched, no refunds can be given. Buyers have the opportunity to check the product before it is sent to them by giving feedback on the proof. After this, there can be no more revisions to the design or refunds. This is a digital art product, so the final version is printed on paper by an electronic printer.
