A wonderful piece of 1970’s Geometric Abstraction and Op Art - with a very special dedication. Burton Wasserman. 1927-2017. Highly regarded abstract artist and dedicated teacher. His classes were very popular and he taught at Rowan University for 44 years. Born in Brooklyn, NY of Observant Jewish parents from Poland, Wasserman graduated from Brooklyn College and eventually received a doctorate from Columbia University. This piece is approx 11” x 8.5”.
